This person must be able to build and shape a successful restaurant culture through leadership by example and long term thinking. A strong work ethic and passion for the industry are a must.
Compensation is based on position, experience and ability. All salaried positions come with a Bonus program and benefits including employee supplemented health and dental, as well as a generous personal comp tab. Our incentive based bonus program is designed to get our managers invested in the performance of the company. If the company is exceeding expectations so does your paycheck. Service is the cornerstone of everything we do. Fast paced, fun, and exciting. You will be comprehensively trained and well supported. That being said there are definitely easier restaurant jobs out there. We are the first to admit we ask a lot of our staff but we give a lot in return.
